PUMA Unveils Uruguay 2021 Jerseys for America Cup
With the Copa América just around the corner, the Uruguay national team presented its two jerseys made by Puma, and modeled by Luis Suárez.
The celeste team has not won the Copa América since 2011; With a team led by Suárez, Diego Godín and coach Oscar Tabárez, the team will seek to regain the South American title.
For the home kit, Puma uses a clean version on the front in the now historic sky blue color, with white side panels, which help create a reference to the Uruguayan flag.
The team’s crest appears in white and gold, while the Puma logo appears on the chest and shoulders in white.
For its part, the away uniform follows the same design that Puma presented a few weeks ago for teams such as Italy, changing the team’s crest for the name of the country, with a stylized typography and the Puma logo in the center, both in gold on a white jersey.
The lines on the sides of the name, as well as those on the shoulders, are kept in the sky blue color of the Uruguayan flag.
In front you can see a pattern carved with the emblem of the Uruguayan Football Association (AUF).
Although it does not announce an availability date, it is expected to be available for purchase shortly in the Puma online store.
