This is what the First NBA Store in London Looks Like
The NBA expands its horizons with a new official store, located in London, England, which was launched in association with the Fanatics brand.
This new venue pays tribute to the British history of the league, as well as the large fan base that is located there.
Located on Carnaby Street, in this NBA store you can find jerseys, hats, sporting goods, toys and collectibles from the most important basketball league on the planet.
Above the building, it references London’s evolving role in the NBA. Includes wall decals with insignia representing all regular season games that have been played in England since 2011.
One of the great attractions is a huge image of the iconic Shaq, portrayed on a classic London red telephone, and which frames the duel between the Orlando Magic and the Atlanta Hawks in 1993 at Wembley Arena.
Steve Griffiths, Director of Global Partnerships for the NBA EME, said during the opening:
“UK fans are true connoisseurs of the game and through our partnership with Fanatics, fans of all ages will be able to celebrate their love of the NBA with a wide range of official and exclusive merchandise.”
