Converse Celebrates Pokémon’s 25th Anniversary with New Collection

A quarter of a century of a massive hit. To celebrate Pokémon’s 25 years of existence, Converse decided to create a new collection of sneakers and apparel.

Back in 1996, the game surprised everyone by taking over the world one Poké Ball at a time. It is such a phenomenon that on Pokémon’s 25th anniversary, they have collaborated with plenty of brands to create new things for the fans.

This time, we have a series of Converse Chuck Taylor All Star with different designs involving the pocket monsters from the first generation. The first one, called First Partners pictures Bulbasaur, Charmander, Squirtle, Pikachu, Meowth and Jigglypuff from the original 150.

The second one shows us these same Pokémon in black lineouts over a white base with a Poké Ball on the sides. That’s why this design is called simply Poké Ball. All celebrating the first selection of the creatures from the Kanto region.

There are also hoodies, tees and backpacks along other accessories. This whole Pokémon’s 25th Anniversary collection will be available at on December 10th.
