Aaron Donald Signs with Donda Sports; he is the First Active Athlete

The story begins. Donda Sports, an organization created by artist Kanye West, has signed its first professional athlete, Rams star Aaron Donald.

The defensive tackle, who won the last Super Bowl with the LA Rams, joins Antonio Brown, a former wide receiver for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

“It was an opportunity that was presented to me and [my wife], and it made sense. Hearing the full spectrum of what they were going to bring, the whole family vibe that they got at Donda Sports. Not just me, but my wife is a part of it. For me, it was a no-brainer,” Aaron Donald noted.

The news was broken by the player himself, during a recent episode of the I Am Athlete podcast hosted by former NFL stars Brandon Marshall, Adam “Pacman” Jones and LeSean McCoy.

Aaron Donald continued, and talked about YE. “He is a great man. He really cool. A great guy. I have to talk a bit. Ambient. He was in one of his video sessions. He actually wanted me to be in one of the videos, but I was like, ‘No.’ He was out of my element. But he was great.”

A three-time NFL Defensive Player of the Year, he found it amusing to become one of the first athletes to sign with Donda Sports, a brand that is expected to become a more fashionable sports alternative.
