Following a series of collaborations with skateboarding figures from around the world, the pro skater takes on an old model. Jamal Smith took the Adimatic and adapted them in a new skateboarding collaboration with adidas.
Going for a much darker and sober design, Smith wanted to take a glimpse to the past for this silhouette. By giving it a full black suede base, along with a black midsole, it gives the 90s vibes he was going for.
The classic three stripes also come in suede, but in this case in a bold orange hue, making them stand out. The heel includes the adidas classic pyramid logo sewn in white, but also in orange in a small button on the midsole.
It wasn’t revealed yet when these new Adimatic by Jamal Smith and adidas will arrive at adidas.com, but they’re expected to do so later this year.
