The beauty of tradition. Getting ready for a new season, the Athletic Bilbao home jersey 22/23 was presented, made again by New Balance.

Teams like the Lions, it is difficult to make such radical changes, that is how the brand understood it, so they respected the red and white tradition for the new home kit.

The new Athletic Bilbao home jersey 22/23 maintains the Basque club’s famous red and white racing stripes, amplified through delicate kit details and the Ikurrina flag at the back of the neck.

In addition, unlike last season’s jersey, this one features a raised collar and cuffs in black, giving this colour, which is equally important for the Bilbao club, greater presence.

Additionally, the Athletic Bilbao home jersey 22/23 is part of New Balance‘s ‘Born, Bred, Basque’ campaign for Athletic Club, in celebration of Los Leones’ connection to family, philosophy and culture. The creative work was led by international photographer, Justin Bettman.

As for the innovative details, the jersey features NB Dry technology, which helps keep players cool and dry from whistle to whistle, and will feature on all New Balance kit for the new season.
